Release, Restore, Reconnect

The method

Release · Restore · Reconnect

Bodywork that heals at the root, not just the surface

Most tension is not just a tight muscle. It is fascia that has adapted to how you live, and a nervous system that has forgotten how to stand down. Rooted Wellness Method works with both.

  1. 1

    Release

Slow, sustained myofascial work lets restricted tissue soften, so tension that has been there for years can finally let go.

  2. 2

    Restore

Regulating, intentional touch helps your nervous system shift out of survival mode and into the state where real repair happens.

  3. 3

    Reconnect

You leave more at home in your body: breathing deeper, moving easier, and more aware of what it needs.

Question 1 of 3

Where do you hold it?

A two-minute ritual

Feel your nervous system soften

Box breathing (in for four, hold for four, out for four, rest for four) is one of the simplest ways to signal safety to your body. Try it now. This downshift is what every session is built around.

Good questions

Before your first session

What is myofascial release and how is it different from deep tissue massage?

Myofascial release uses slow, sustained pressure held for longer periods so fascia (the connective tissue around muscles) can soften on its own. Deep tissue often uses more force to reach deeper muscle layers. Myofascial work is typically gentler on the surface but can create lasting change because it works with the body instead of against it.

What does "nervous system support" mean in a massage session?

It means the session is paced and structured to help your body shift out of a stressed, braced state and into a calmer, rest-and-digest state. That can include grounding holds, slower strokes, breath cues and plenty of check-ins so you always feel in control.

Where are sessions held?

Private sessions are held in a calm studio at 534 Oak St in Old Roseville, Roseville, CA. Mobile sessions are also available across Placer County, including Rocklin, Roseville, Granite Bay, Loomis, Lincoln and Auburn.

How much does a session cost?

Sessions are $100 for 60 minutes, $125 for 75 minutes, $145 for 90 minutes and $190 for 120 minutes. First-time clients receive $20 off any session.
